Trouble Log (times in Pacific Standard or Daylight)

06 MAY 2008 - 3:15PM Road crews cut power to neighborhood.   UPS maintained server, but some routers were affected.  Loss of Internet access for 10 minutes.

Status: Systems up and on-line

05 MAR - 12 MAR 2008: More virus problems.  ISP Took away gateway computers and scrubbed them.  Obtained industrial strength anti-virus packages.  AVMLA server did not contain any viruses.  Therefore, no members visiting the site were at risk of virus contamination.  Gateway reinstalled and ISP access to the Internet restored.

Status: Systems up and on-line

First 2 weeks of Feb 2008: Severe virus damage to network.  AVMLA server ok, but network activity may have been affected.  Network repaired or replaced.

18 August 2007 8:20AM: System shut down 10 minutes to install new UPS.  New UPS rated able to keep server running for more than a 60 minute power failure.

6 August 2007:  A construction crew cut an underground power and communication feed in Pullman.  Power was out for approximately 30 minutes.  The outages caused power surges that damaged our uninterruptible power supply for the server.  That UPS periodically failed for much of 7 August.  Temporary repairs have returned the server and full upgrading and replacement of the power systems is scheduled
